Rain delays truck race
The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race is being delayed by rain Friday night at O'Reilly Raceway Park. The engines were scheduled to be fired at 8:11 p.m. EDT, but workers were still drying the track as a steady rain finally stopped around 7:40 p.m. Rain washed out qualifying, so series points leader Mike Skinner will start from the pole for the 200-lap event on the 0.686-mile track.
