Mike Coughlan is the man

McLaren chief designer Mike Coughlan has been officially named for the first time as the McLaren employee who is being investigated by Ferrari for spying.

Autosport.com reports that although neither Ferrari nor McLaren would confirm this information, the London High Court listings for tomorrow show that Ferrari's action is against him. A preliminary hearing in the case of "Ferrari Spa v Coughlan & Anr " is scheduled to be heard by the Chancery Division on Tuesday morning.
