Bourdais not penalized for jumping start

As can be seen in this replay from today's Mont-Tremblant Champ Car race, Sebastien Bourdais started before the lights went out and the officials missed it and never penalized him for it. Meanwhile Will Power, who inherited the pole when Tristan Gommendy's car would not fire, totally blew the standing start and stalled. He recovered to finish third.
