IRL’s moving chicane parks it again

Milka The Moving Chicane Duno was down 4 laps by the 50-lap mark in Saturday night’s Indy Car race at Richmond, and just as we predicted, she would either crash and take someone out or the IRL would park her. The excuse was handling for the 2nd race in a row. It's more like she's not qualified to handle an Indy Car.
