Healthy crowd at Mont-Tremblant Friday

There was a fairly good crowd at Mont-Tremblant Friday to watch the first day of Champ Car practice and qualifying. No attendance numbers were announced and it was hard to estimate the exact numbers because a lot of people were standing in the forest that surrounds the track. Scores of fans have already setup their lawn chairs on the hillsides overlooking Turn One and Turn 11 and by 10 o’clock this morning they were still lined up coming in.
