Portland: Bourdais and Rahal top opening practice

Newman/Haas/Lanigan Racing's Sebastien Bourdais and rookie Graham Rahal were the fastest two drivers in Friday morning practice in Portland for Sunday's Champ Car race. Justin Wilson was close behind in third. A returning Paul Tracy never made it out onto the track.
