Chuck Meyers, crew chief for the No. 1 Phoenix Racing Chevrolet of J.J. Yeley, has been fined for a violation found last weekend during Busch Series practice at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Meyers was fined $1,000 after NASCAR discovered May 26 that the right-side window was too thin.
