Edmonton race gets Budweiser backing

Budweiser and the Grand Prix of Edmonton are proud to announce that Budweiser is now the official beer of the Grand Prix of Edmonton, which will take place July 20 – 22 at Edmonton's City Centre Airport.

The new multi-year partnership is a valuable addition to Budweiser's involvement in the community of Edmonton and is an extension of Budweiser's industry leading association with auto racing, such as sponsorship of Grand Prix of Canada Formula 1 Racing Series in Montreal.

Grand Prix of Edmonton is part of the Champ Car World Series, is one of the leading open-wheel series which includes 16 stops on its 10-month tour. After a record-breaking inaugural year, the Grand Prix of Edmonton quickly became one of the top events on the circuit.
