Nakajima penalized for Tung shunt

GP2 rookie driver Ho-Pin Tung (24) crashed out of the race in Bahrain in lap 4 and suffered a minor wrist injury. 'I was in 9th place, shortly after the safety car came in I was defending the racing line when someone hit me from behind and I went straight into the wall,’ explains the disappointed driver in the Bahrain heat conditions which was venue for the first two races of the GP2 season.

The driver responsible for the drama, Japanese DAMS-driver Kazuki Nakajima was already involved in a big crash in Race 1. Kazuki Nakajima will be penalized ten places on wherever he qualifies for the feature race at round two of the championship in Spain next month, after being found guilty of overly-aggressive driving in Bahrain.
