Biffle/Wallace leads COT testing at Richmond

UPDATE Kenny Wallace put his Furniture Row Racing Chevrolet atop the leaderboard in the night practice session Tuesday at Richmond International Raceway. Wallace turned a lap of 122.416 mph around the three-quarter mile oval. Rounding out the top five in practice were Richard Childress Racing's Clint Bowyer (122.399), Hendrick Motorsports' Jeff Gordon (122.360), Bill Davis Racing's Dave Blaney (122.095) and Roush Fenway Racing's Matt Kenseth (121.836).

04/03/07 Greg Biffle led the first test session Tuesday afternoon at Richmond International Raceway as teams tested NASCAR's out of date 1950's technology Car of Tomorrow (sic) on the 0.75-mile race track. Biffle posted a speed of 121.545 mph in his Roush Fenway Racing Ford, followed by Richard Childress Racing's Clint Bowyer (121.256), Chip Ganassi Racing's Reed Sorenson (121.245), Hendrick Motorsports' Jeff Gordon (121.174) and Valvoline Evernham Racing's Scott Riggs (121.147).
