More bad news for A1GP in Mexico

The State Government of Nuevo Leon (owner of Fundidora Park) is suing Julio Jauregui (owner of the Mexican A1GP team) for the lack of payment of $250,000.00 USD for rent of the race track used in the 2006 A1GP race. Jauregui admits he has not paid but says he had a verbal agreement with state officials to exchange the $250,000.00 USD for promotion of the Monterrey Forum of Cultures during the event and is going to countersue them.
