Super Aguri delay SA07 launch

Japanese team Super Aguri has delayed the launch of its 2007 car until after the formula one circus arrives in Melbourne for the first race.

It was reported last week that the Leafield based squad's plan to reveal the SA07 at a media event in Tokyo rested on the looming repeat of the mandatory FIA crash tests, which Super Aguri originally failed.

A statement received on Friday morning explained that the delayed car will now be unveiled in the Albert Park pitlane on the Wednesday before the Australian grand prix.

"We are working relentlessly to prepare our 2007 challenger which will unfortunately not be available for presentation on the 12th March in Tokyo as originally planned," the team said.
