ISC fails to sell Pikes Peak track

Uncertainty over a parcel of land has stopped the sale of Pikes Peak Int'l Raceway. Buyers of the 1,155-acre track pulled out of negotiations after realizing 200 acres may have to be reverted to Colorado Springs Utilities, but they had the right of first refusal to buy back the land if the track was sold.
