Restrictor Plates at Michigan?

A fully NASCAR Sprint Cup test will take place on June 14 at Michigan International Speedway. A new paving job has caused the front stretch speeds to hit 220, which is some 20 mph faster than the old front stretch speed. While MIS officials deny that Daytona-style restrictor plate cars will be used, certainly some aero measures will be taken. Such speeds were seen in the "Awesome Bill" era, but current insurance restrictions won't allow speeds that fast.
