Daly also adds FF1600 win in Canada

Conor Daly celebrates one of his two wins, on the top step of the podium, on Father's Day in Canada

In addition to winning the 6th round of the Skip Barber National championship at Mosport Park, Ontario Canada on Father's Day, Indeck/Cytomax driver, Conor Daly also added the sixth round of the Ontario Formula Ford 1600 to his win column.

Having led convincingly on Saturday, June 14th, from his front row starting spot, the top three cars all left the road at high speed when they hit oil from a blown engine of a lapped car.

On Father's Day it all came good for Daly in the Formula Ford 1600 race as he went on to win his second race of the weekend. After a race long tussle between championship leader, Matt White and Shannonville winner, Shane Jantsi, Daly won his first Canadian FF1600 race of the season after finally taking the lead with a daring outside pass at the high speed turn eight at the end of the Andretti straight. Daly, who set a new race lap record for FF1600 cars at Mosport in May, also set fastest lap of the race.
