Here is the latest on Fierberg – we hear he is going to make a run at the championship in Pacific F2000. He is also going to try to do the Mid-Ohio and Baltimore USF2000 races, and a lot of that depends on how sponsorship discussions pan out with a national restaurant chain.

According to AR1.com sources, we still hear that Fierberg is trying to put together a limited USF2000 program for 2012 that will include, as minimum, Baltimore, Road America and Mid-Ohio.

10/16/11 I ran into Pacific Coast F2000 driver Ira Fierberg in the Las Vegas garage this morning and he tells me he is close to putting together a deal for next year to race in the Road to Indy USF2000 series next year.
