IPS name dead?

Looks like Tony George can use the Indy Lights trademark, not used since the days of CART. One of his companies, Brickyard Trademarks, recently filed trademark paperwork. Could he be renaming the IPS for 2006? If so, perhaps Infiniti will soon be gone.
