IndyCar News: Saturday Morning Report from Nashville Superspeedway

It is a great morning here in Lebanon, Tennessee, where the NTT INDYCAR Series will run the Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix  presented by Willscot, the final race of the season at Nashville Superspeedway.

The weather is predicted to be in the mid-80s with plenty of sunshine.

The 2025 Champions for both the INDY NXT and the IndyCar series have already been decided, but both drivers still have goals for the last race of the season.

Alex Palou, driver of the No. 10 DHL Honda, has wrapped up his fourth championship in five years.  The Spaniard is still hoping to win the final race and make it nine wins for the season.

Rumors have been circulating this week about the new champion joining F1 for next year.  Those rumors are unfounded at this time, and Palou will be trying to tie his teammate, Scott Dixon’s record of six titles.

Dennis Hauger, Andretti Global driver of the No. 28 Nammo entry, wrapped up the INDY NXT by Firestone championship in Milwaukee.  But the Norwegian has never won on an oval and is looking to change that statistic this weekend.
