IndyCar News: Dixon Fastest in Final Nashville Practice
Scott Dixon was fastest in the final practice session for the NTT INDYCAR Series this afternoon for the Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix. His fastest lap was 198.759 mph.
Josef Newgarden was second fastest with a lap of 198.467 mph.
Meyer Shank’s Marcus Armstrong was third quickest with a fast lap of 198.429 mph.
David Malukas was fourth fastest with a lap of 198.234 mph.
Kyle Kirkwood was fifth fastest with a lap of 197.716 mph.
Santino Ferrucci was sixth fastest with a lap of 197.677 mph.
Nolan Siegel made contact in Turn 2, and that resulted in right rear damage to his Arrow McLaren Chevrolet.
Callum Ilott caused the next yellow when he made light contact with the SAFER Barrier in his Prema Racing machine.
And just before the session was checkered, Will Power made slight contact with the SAFER Barrier in Turn 4.
This session replaces the regular Race Morning warmup.
