Formula 1 News: Louis Vuitton Becomes Title Partner of the Monaco GP

Since 2021, Louis Vuitton has crafted the official trophy travel case for the race winner, created each year in collaboration with the Automobile Club de Monaco. In 2026, this partnership evolves further: the French maison will design an entirely new trophy for the event, featuring its monogram canvas in a bold red inspired by Monaco’s national colour. A white-and-red “V”—standing simultaneously for Vuitton and Victory—will crown the design, subtly nodding to the Principality’s flag.
Key confirmed facts:
– The agreement was signed between LVMH/Louis Vuitton, Formula 1, and the Automobile Club de Monaco (ACM).
– It begins with the 2026 edition and runs for several years (exact duration not publicly disclosed).
– Louis Vuitton will have branding on trackside signage, barriers, podium, and the winner’s trophy trunk.
– This builds on Louis Vuitton’s existing F1 involvement: since 2021 they have created bespoke trophy trunks, and in 2025 they became a global partner of Formula 1 and title sponsor of the Australian Grand Prix.
The announcement was made jointly by LVMH Chairman Bernard Arnault, Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali, and ACM President Michel Boeri.
