IndyCar News: Motorsports Technical School (MTS) opens in Indianapolis
Motorsport Technical School (MTS), originally founded in Italy, opened a new location in Indianapolis, IN, this week. The school offers hands-on training for aspiring racing mechanics and data acquisition technicians, drawing on its history of preparing students for careers with top racing teams worldwide.
MTS provides two focused programs—Race Mechanic and Data Acquisition Technician—designed to give students practical skills and a deep understanding of the racing industry. Courses include instruction from experienced professionals, covering topics like aerodynamics, vehicle setup, and transmission systems, with a hands-on track day and a flexible weekend schedule.
