Busch to announce race team
12/11/09 NASCAR driver Kyle Busch today is expected to announce plans to "join the team owner ranks" in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Busch reportedly plans to purchase the assets of the Toyota truck team currently known as Xpress Motorsports. Busch's agent Jeff Dickerson said that the new Kyle Busch Motorsports "would field multiple trucks." Busch is the reigning Nationwide Series champion SCENEDAILY.com
12/09/09 SPEED will interrupt regularly scheduled programming Friday at 2 p.m. ET to air a press conference with NASCAR driver Kyle Busch live from the SPEED studios in Charlotte. Busch, who raced in 86 races across NASCAR’s three national series in 2009, winning the NASCAR Nationwide Series title, is expected to announce a major initiative in the sport for 2010 and beyond. Rick Allen will host the conference for SPEED.
