UPDATE There are only 250,000 permanent seats and two sources at IMS said there were between 50,000 and 60,000 unsold tickets. The aerial shots do not lie, there were at least 40,000-50,000 empty seats, putting attendance closer to 200,000. The scalpers were selling $100 tickets for $20 and they were moaning all week.
