H.W.A GmbH to enter F1

According to AutoRacing1.com sources, H.W.A GmbH, who run the Mercedes DTM team are eying a move to Formula One as the Mercedes 'B' team. We hear they could buy up the rights of the stillborn Prodrive team that is struggling to raise the funds necessary to enter F1 after being selected last year, or they could buy the struggling Spyker team that is struggling to stay in F1.
