Another new Champ Car team

In addition to the rumors that Panther Racing is eyeing Champ Car, AutoRacing1.com has gotten wind of another new Champ Car team forming. Details are sketchy at this time, but it is believed to have involvement from a current or former IRL team and we are told it's real. We previously rumored that three new teams are eyeing Champ Car, this being the second one after Panther. We have no details on the third one yet, but the old rumor of Canadian filmmaker Ken Mandeville doing something is still out there.
