Fans can get free ticket to Fontana IndyCar race if Graham Rahal wins Indy 500

Auto Club Speedway and Graham Rahal have a very special proposition for auto racing enthusiasts.

If Graham Rahal wins the Indianapolis 500 on May 24, fans can win a free reserved ticket to the upcoming MAVTV 500 IndyCar race in Fontana on June 27.

"If I win the Indy 500, you could win too," Rahal said. "I'm more than happy to help our fans that take part in this cool promotion save some money. I can't imagine anything that would make me happier than winning the Indy 500, except maybe winning the Indy 500 and the MAVTV 500!"

Fans who purchase a full-priced reserved ticket to the MAVTV event between May 11 and May 24 (by 9 a.m. PT) will receive a full refund for the ticket price if Rahal wins the Indy 500. Reserved tickets start at $55.

"Honestly, the way Graham's been running lately and knowing his lineage, I was a little nervous signing off on this promotion at first," said Auto Club Speedway President Dave Allen. "But now, how cool would it be for fans attending the MAVTV 500 to get money back in their pockets if he wins the Indianapolis 500? I know he's stoked about the month of May in Indianapolis and this gives our fans a reason to be stoked as well."

Rahal is the youngest race winner in Verizon IndyCar Series history and recently finished second in the Honda Indy Grand Prix of Alabama.
