Massa still stable in hospital – Ferrari

(GMM) Ferrari issued a brief update on the condition of Brazilian driver Felipe Massa on Sunday morning.

It had been expected that the 28-year-old, operated on in a central Budapest hospital after his qualifying accident and currently in intensive care, would be roused from his induced coma in the hours prior to the Hungarian grand prix.

"Felipe Massa's condition remains stable and there were no further complications through the night," Ferrari said shortly after 10am in Hungary.

"He will be given another CT scan today, which will provide more precise information," the Maranello based team added.
