Sahlen’s renews with The Glen thru 2010

Sahlen Packaging Company, the title sponsor of The Glen’s June Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series race since 2003, has renewed its partnership with the historic road course for another three years. Sahlen’s will continue as the title sponsor of the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen and is currently the longest running, ongoing title sponsorship at WGI. The 27th Running of the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen will be part of an action packed race weekend at The Soul of American Road Racing featuring five races and four different racing series, June 6-8.

The racing action starts on Friday, June 6 when the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, Star Mazda Championship, SCCA SPEED World Challenge, and NASCAR Camping World Series East Division all hit the track throughout the day. The main highlight of the weekend will be the 27th Running of the Sahlen’s Six Hours of The Glen on Saturday, June 7. The up-and-coming drivers of the NASCAR Camping World Series – East Division will then get their turn to challenge The Glen on Sunday, June 8.
