Aflac announces multiyear contract with Carl Edwards

Aflac Inc. announced Wednesday it has signed a multiyear contract to serve as primary sponsor of Carl Edwards beginning in 2009. Aflac had been an associate sponsor of Edwards (with an occasional race as primary sponsor) since last year and will continue as the official supplemental insurance company for Roush Fenway Racing. It will replace Office Depot as the primary sponsor for Edwards, who has made the Chase in two of the last three years and has won three races this season.
