Alonso says Hamilton apologized

Fernando Alonso has finally broken the media silence coming from McLaren, ahead of the Turkish Grand Prix on Sunday. In candid comments to the press the World Champion said he had no idea with whom he would be racing next year, saying it was impossible to say.

‘The only thing I know, is that I have a contract with McLaren, and that I could race here’.

Alonso also revealed that Lewis Hamilton has apologized to him for what happened at the Hungary Grand Prix. There was a meeting yesterday of the McLaren team, and Alonso has revealed that they discussed the best way of facing the remaining races of the season. Alonso said he hoped that the tension in the team was now over.
