Alonso urged to stay at McLaren

Fernando Alonso should stay at McLaren and show Lewis Hamilton who is the better driver, says one of the key men behind Michael Schumacher's success.

Hostilities between the Spaniard and Briton will resume on Sunday when Istanbul hosts the Turkish Grand Prix.

And following the controversial Hungarian GP, won by Hamilton after Alonso was demoted from pole position for deliberately delaying his teammate in the pit lane during the climax to qualifying, there is bound to be tension between them.

Alonso reacted in Hungary after Hamilton ignored team instructions to let the Spaniard overtake earlier in that crucial qualifying session.
