GP of Arizona tickets recalled

People who already bought tickets to the inaugural Arizona GP have had their tickets recalled and received the following letter:

Dear Grand Prix Patron,
Recently, you received tickets to the Grand Prix to be held at the Arizona Grand Prix in Phoenix, Arizona. Unfortunately, the tickets you received were sent to you in error. The GrandPrix, in cooperation with the Arizona Grand Prix, will issue you correct tickets that will be printed on souvenir stock and will be mailed after November 4,2007. Please be advised that these new tickets will take the place of the erroneous tickets and will not, in any way, alter your seat locations.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause, but are excited to offer you one-of-a-kind, collectible souvenir tickets with new barcodes that will be valid for your event(s). Please be advised that the original tickets you received will not be honored.

Although we have deactivated your tickets and they will not be usable for entry into the Arizona Grand Prix, we nonetheless require that you send those tickets to us before November 1, 2007 @ 5:00 pm est, in the self addressed stamped envelop that we have enclosed with this letter. Please retain a photocopy of your invalidated tickets for your records. If you have any questions, please call your local Ticketmaster charge-by-phone line to contact Customer Service.
