Improvements on the way for BMW Sauber

The BMW Sauber Formula 1 team showed it made a lot of progress this winter. Nick Heidfeld is currently fifth in the F1 championship with fifteen points already, while team-mate Kubica brought in three points. BMW's technical director Willy Rampf said the team is not sitting still, improvements will be brought to Barcelona next week.

Just like most other F1 teams BMW Sauber F1 will be testing at Circuit de Catalunya next week. The team will bring several new components. Technical Director Willy Rampf said about the team's current progress. "Obviously we are trying to make the car even faster. The next test in Barcelona is scheduled to prepare for the race on that track. We will have several new components on the car in order to take off a few extra tenths of a second per lap. Taking everything into consideration I believe we can be satisfied with what we have at our disposal now."
