Cropped Alonso has seat fitting at McLaren

(GMM) Fernando Alonso sported a new cropped haircut as he visited Woking on Monday for his first official visit to McLaren.

Although the back to back world champion reportedly also spent all of last week at the McLaren Technology Centre, Ron Dennis' squad confirmed today that – on his "first visit" to the facility in England – 25-year-old Alonso had a seat fitting, spent time chatting with engineers, and used the team's driving simulator.

The newly Vodafone-sponsored MP4-22 will be launched at Valencia on Monday, before it debuts in Alonso's hands on Wednesday.
