NASCAR Cup race to rain out

UPDATE #2 We're on the trailing edge of the rain and they just sent the dryers out on track. It would be pretty late if they managed to squeeze it in tonight though.

08/14/11 This rumor is upgraded to 'strong' now. It started to rain in Watkins Glen at 1 PM and there is no way this race will run today, or maybe even tomorrow. We await official word.

08/14/11 The current forecast for Watkins Glen calls for an 80% chance of rain Sunday, with a 70% chance at 1:00pm/et when the race is scheduled to start. That 70% chance continues through 8:00pm/et. Watkins Glen does not have lights and the Sprint Cup cars, unlike the Nationwide cars, do not have rain tires to race in the rain. The Monday forecast is not much better, with a 70% chance of rain during the day.
