Track News: 4-mile Road America to be completely repaved in October
In this through article by Dave Kallman of the Milwaukee Sentinel Journal, Mike Kertscher, Road America’s president and general manager, says the entire track will be repaved in October.
There is also:
- A new bridge at the Carousel
- New concrete walls around the Carousel
- A larger Jumbotron at Turn 5.
- No word on whether during the repaving process, the track will be widened to 40 feet to meet the minimum for F1. It would open the door to a possible F1 race someday.
