IndyCar Rumor: Katherine Legge to Drive in 2024 Indy 500
AR1 hears that Katherine Legge will drive the No 51 entry for Dale Coyne Racing in the Indianapolis 500 this May.
The entry is currently filled by Colin Braun, a four-time Rolex 24 Winner. For the 2024 season, Braun was only scheduled to run the first NTT INDYCAR SERIES race in St Petersburg, Florida, and the $1 Million Challenge at Thermal Club.
Katherine Legge drives full-time in the WeatherTech Sportscar Championship in the No 66 Acura NSX GT3 for Gradient Racing.
The British driver ran the Indy 500 in 2023 with Rahal Letterman Lanigan and in 2013 for Schmidt Petersen (now Arrow McLaren).
