Philippe and Dominguez look doubtful

We spoke to Mexican Mario Dominguez in Laguna Seca Friday and he tells us his Pemex sponsor from last year has not come through so it is doubtful he will have a ride this year. Ditto for Frenchman Nelson Philippe who is not even at Laguna Seca testing in this the last test before the Champ Car season opener.
