Japanese team possible for Champ Car

AutoRacing1.com has learned that an effort is being made in Japan to put together a Japanese Champ Car team, possibly as an off-shoot from an existing Formula Nippon team. Organizers of the Otaru street race want as a minimum, a Japanese driver in Champ Car, and preferably an entire team.
