SPEEDtv.com to Stream ALMS, Grand-Am Qualifying

SPEEDtv.com, the online motor sports authority, will offer streaming audio and video coverage of qualifying sessions from a pair of upcoming sports car events, beginning with the Grand Prix of Mosport on Aug. 23 from Ontario, Canada.

Online qualifying coverage begins at 2:35 p.m. ET and will include audio provided by American Le Mans Radio.

On Aug. 30, live from Thunderbolt Raceway at New Jersey Motorsports Park, SPEEDtv.com will stream qualifying coverage from the Rolex Grand-American event beginning at 1:45 p.m. ET. Audio will be provided by track and Grand-Am public address announcers.

“SPEEDtv.com is constantly looking for ways to deliver more original content, more insight and more action to motor sports fans," said Kevin Annison, SPEED VP of Digital & Interactive Media. “We are looking to increase our digital video distribution offerings and streaming these events online when we cannot air them on the linear network is a great way to support the race series, the tracks and our online broadband initiatives."

SPEED™ will cover both races with the ALMS scheduled for Aug. 24 at 3 p.m. ET and the Rolex Grand-American race scheduled for Aug. 31 at 1 p.m. ET.
