IRL sends Matsuura team to back for cheating

IndyCar Series officials have announced that #55 Matsuura will start tomorrow's IndyCar race from the rear of the field after having its qualifying time/speed disallowed for failing post-qualifying tech inspection. The decision is being announced prior to the race after the team filed a protest that was heard this afternoon by Brian Barnhart, Indy Racing League president of competition and operations. Barnhart upheld the decision of the IndyCar Series technical inspection team and disallowed the qualifying time/speed.
