Honda also wants Brawn

"We are talking to Ross Brawn," Honda Racing's Nick Fry told Autosprint magazine in an interview. "At Ferrari he was the most classic example of coordinator of the technical work. The best thing Brawn did at Ferrari was creating a group able to work together, by making everyone go in the same direction.

"It's not easy to do. Every team needs a similar figure, there's no need for superstars or self-centered geniuses. Of course we'd like to have Ross Brawn, but there are also other people similar to him.

"At Honda we have two agendas. The first one encompasses solving the current problems, while the second one concerns planning all the future work. Obviously the future planning of the team is much more important than how to improve the car for the next GP in Monte Carlo.

"My priority now is how to prevent us from having more difficult times like the current one. The fact that Ross Brawn decides only in July what he wants to do, is perfectly compatible with our schedules."
